How does my subscription work?
All subscriptions are on a yearly basis, and there are three options to customize your shipment frequency – every one, three, or six months. Simply choose which product you’d like to purchase and select the frequency, and we will autoship based on that.

Can I cancel after my order has already been placed?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. Cancellation requests must be received at least one full business day prior to your next shipping date to avoid being charged for that order. If you run into any issues, please email us at info@inkredibleskin.co.
NOTE: Canceling your subscription will prevent only future orders from processing but will not cancel any orders previously charged.

What happens if I don’t receive my shipment?
Any shipment that we aren’t able to deliver—due to inaccessibility of location, and are unable to reach you at home or by phone—will stay at the local warehouse for 7 working days. You will receive an SMS to arrange with the shipper to either personally collect the order from the warehouse, or rearrange a new delivery date.
What is your return policy?
If you wish to make a return for any reason, you must reach out to us to acknowledge the issue and begin the returns process, which takes around 2 business days. If the product has a factory default (product defect), we shall cover return shipment. If the issue is simply customer preference, the unused, unopened product may be sent to our facility and a refund will be initiated once an inspection of the product’s unused state is confirmed. We cannot process refunds for used products, and we appreciate your understanding.
